The Code of Ethics for Business Partners outlines PERITI TECHNICA’s expectations regarding ethical behavior, integrity, transparency, and lawful business conduct from all our employees, suppliers, dealers, contractors, and collaborators. We believe that trust is earned through consistent, ethical action.
All Business Partners must operate in full compliance with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations of India and other relevant jurisdictions. This includes laws related to export control, trade compliance, taxation, and fair business practices.
Business Partners must avoid situations where personal, professional, or financial interests conflict with their obligations to PERITI TECHNICA. Any potential or actual conflict must be promptly disclosed to management.

All technical drawings, product data, and commercial details shared by PERITI TECHNICA must be protected with utmost care. Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or misuse of company data is strictly prohibited.
We handle data in compliance with the IT Act, 2000 & DPDP Act, 2023. Personal data of employees, clients, or vendors shall not be shared without consent and must be used only for legitimate business purposes.
Partners receiving confidential non-public information must not buy, sell, or recommend securities based on such information. We expect full confidentiality and ethical standards in all financial dealings.
Zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, or fraud. No gifts or favors should be offered to influence decisions. Partners must comply with the Prevention of Corruption Act and other applicable laws.
Partners shall conduct business transparently, without engaging in anti-competitive practices. Collusion or exchanging sensitive pricing data with competitors is strictly prohibited.
Safety is a core commitment. Partners must comply with national safety, health, and environmental regulations, ensuring safe worksites and sustainable operations.
We actively support community welfare, education, and environmental safety. Business Partners are encouraged to adopt similar responsible practices in their regions and projects.
Any violation or suspected breach of this Code should be reported immediately. Reports are treated with confidentiality.
